1 Definitions

• "Tensora" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the company operating the Tensora online school, registered and operating from Bangkok, Thailand.
• "User" / "You" — any individual accessing our website or enrolling in a programme.
• "Programme" / "Track" — a structured online learning course offered by Tensora, including the Data & Code Foundations Track, Applied Models Studio, and Scalable AI Track.
• "Content" — all materials, exercises, videos, written notes, and resources provided through our programmes.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or completing an enrolment enquiry, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are enrolling on behalf of another person, you confirm you have authority to bind that person.

Continued use of our site after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

3 Service Description

Tensora provides structured online AI development programmes delivered through digital content, mentor support, and collaborative exercises. Our current offerings are:

• Data & Code Foundations Track — a beginner-level programme lasting approximately 6–8 weeks (฿4,200).
• Applied Models Studio — a project-based intermediate programme lasting approximately 10–14 weeks (฿18,000).
• Scalable AI Track — an advanced programme lasting approximately 16–20 weeks (฿35,000).

Programme details, timelines, and delivery formats are described on our website and may be updated from time to time. We will notify enrolled students of any material changes to a programme they are enrolled in.

4 User Responsibilities

When using our website and programmes, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in all forms and communications.
• Keep any account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of suspected unauthorised access.
• Not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any programme content without written permission.
• Not use the website or content to engage in any unlawful activity or to harm others.
• Maintain academic integrity and submit your own work in all exercises and assessments.
• Respect mentors, staff, and fellow learners in any collaborative or community setting.

5 Intellectual Property

All website content, programme materials, curriculum designs, brand assets, and instructional resources are the intellectual property of Tensora or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use these materials solely for your own learning during the relevant programme period.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent. Any portfolio project you develop as part of a programme remains yours; however, you may not represent it as created by Tensora.

6 Payment & Enrolment

• All fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. Programmes may have limited capacity.
• Cancellation by student: Written cancellation received at least 7 days before the programme start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable, though we may offer a credit toward a future intake at our discretion.
• Cancellation by Tensora: If we cancel a programme intake before it begins, we will issue a full refund or offer transfer to an equivalent future intake.

7 Disclaimers

Our programmes are provided to support learning and skill development. We make no representations about the suitability of the content for any particular purpose, nor do we make any commitment regarding employment, salary, or career advancement following completion.

The website and all content are provided on an "as is" basis. We endeavour to keep materials accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Tensora's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or our services shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to a programme if you breach these terms, engage in disruptive behaviour, or violate academic integrity. In cases of serious misconduct, refunds may not apply.

You may withdraw from a programme at any time, subject to the refund terms in Section 6.

10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Thai consumer protection legislation.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. For enrolled students, material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
